Tuition Assistance

Through our tuition assistance program money is available to help struggling families pay their tuition. Any family who feels it may need tuition assistance is encouraged to fill out a FACTS financial aid application. FACTS, in turn, will provide the school with an objective evaluation of need based on the financial information families provide to FACTS. FACTS does NOT determine who gets financial assistance. FACTS charges a $25.00 nonrefundable fee for each application. This fee cannot be waived and must be paid by the applicant in order to be considered for financial assistance. A FACTS application can be found online at or click the link below. Only one application per family is needed.

Tuition assistance monies cannot be used to pay registration fees, book fees or other fees, and applications for financial assistance will only be accepted from families qualifying as Active Registered Parishioners.

  • The deadline for early Financial aid is April 30, 2021.

Active Registered Parishioners as defined by diocesan policy are those who:

  • are registered in the parish;
  • participate regularly in parish activities, especially the weekly participation in Sunday Mass;
  • contribute regularly to the financial support of parish expenses and programs, taking into account the diocesan endorsement of stewardship.

Additional requirements for tuition assistance eligibility:

  • Must either pay full amount of tuition at the beginning of the school year or make tuition payments through FACTS Management Company.
  • Must use scrip on a regular basis.
  • Must give to the tuition assistance second collection at Mass when you are able to do so.
