Governor Holcomb recently signed into law an education law that affects e-learning.
Here is what the Catholic Schools office has mandated that we follow: HB 1093 - eLearning Days
While HB 1093 doesn't apply to Non-Public schools, it does reflect what is best for students. Therefore, just like we follow the 180 school days per school year rule, we will allow for no more than three eLearning days per year that do not meet the 50-percent synchronous instruction criteria and have 50percent or more of the class presentation for the school day.
